Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kkotiqorqr S.A. platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Platform.

Description of Services

Kkotiqorqr S.A. operates a real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to participate in the financing of real estate projects in Ecuador. Our services include:

• Access to real estate investment opportunities
• Investment management and administration
• Project information and documentation
• Control panel for investment tracking
• Communications about project status

Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Be a tax resident of Ecuador or meet requirements for foreign investors
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Complete the identity verification process

Investments and Risks

By investing through our Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All investments carry risks, including the possible loss of invested capital
• Past returns do not guarantee future results
• Kkotiqorqr S.A. does not guarantee any level of return
• Real estate projects are subject to market conditions and other external factors
• You are responsible for your own investment decisions

User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, is the property of Kkotiqorqr S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Ecuador's intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Limitation of Liability

Kkotiqorqr S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Kkotiqorqr S.A. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. You may close your account at any time, subject to pending obligations from your active investments.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quito, Ecuador.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
